FOR WOMEN WITH ADHD
The ADHD habit tracker that flows with your menstrual cycle.
Tendlist uses ADHD psychology to help you build and keep habits in step with your energy through each menstrual phase.

WHY ANOTHER HABIT TRACKER
This probably isn't your first habit tracker
You know the pattern. Download the app, set it up beautifully — that part’s fun. Two great weeks, one hard week, the streak dies, and the app joins the graveyard. It didn’t fail because you lack discipline. It was built for a brain that runs the same every day. Yours doesn’t.
MY STORY
Why I built Tendlist

MY STORY
Why I built Tendlist
I built Tendlist because every month I watched the same pattern: I’d build good habits, then the week before my period my ADHD would spike, everything would slip, and I’d beat myself up for it. What I needed wasn’t more discipline — it was information. Knowing where I am in my cycle turns “I’m failing” into “I’m in a low-energy window, and that’s information.” So I built the thing I needed.

ESTROGEN + DOPAMINE
If your ADHD gets worse before your period, you're not imagining it
Estrogen affects dopamine — the neurotransmitter ADHD brains already run low on. When estrogen drops in the days before your period, many women find their ADHD flares: focus scatters, follow-through slips, everything gets louder. Tendlist doesn’t diagnose or treat anything. It simply tells you where you are, ahead of time — so the hard week arrives as information, not as evidence against you.

HOW IT WORKS
Designed for the brain you actually have
Habits that follow your energy
Your phase sits at the top of every day with one line of guidance. Push when energy's high; wind down when the loud week is coming. You'll know before it hits.

One calm view, not seventeen lists
Out of sight, out of mind is how ADHD works — so your habits, movement, and to-dos live in one place. Nothing to remember to check.

A daily nudge that isn't a nag
One gentle message a day from your coach — goals in view, no shame, no streaks-at-risk alarms. Because some days… vacuuming can wait.

Rest is part of the plan
No streaks to defend. No back-to-zero. Set rest days and be reminded to actually take them — picking back up afterward is the plan working.

FAQ
Fair questions
Is Tendlist an ADHD treatment or medical app?
No. Tendlist doesn't diagnose, treat, or manage ADHD or anything else. It's a habit tracker that knows where you are in your cycle — built from lived experience, not medical advice.
What if my cycle is irregular (or I'm on hormonal birth control)?
Tendlist estimates your phase from your last period and typical cycle length — always shown as approximate, never as a certainty. If your cycle varies, say so in settings (up to “± 5+ days”) and Tendlist widens its expectations; when your period arrives, one tap brings everything back in sync. Cycle awareness is the heart of Tendlist, so setup does ask for your details — but a best guess is genuinely fine, even on hormonal birth control. Adjust whenever reality tells you otherwise; Tendlist never scores you on accuracy.
Who can see my cycle data?
Your cycle details live in your own account — no other Tendlist user can ever see them, and they will never be sold or used for advertising. The one exception, if you use the daily coach: a small slice of context goes to the AI that writes your morning note — exactly what's listed under “What information does the coach see?” below. If we look at usage data, it's only to make Tendlist better.
What AI does Tendlist use?
Tendlist's coach and item creation are powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. When you use these features, the relevant information is processed by Anthropic to generate your coach message or set up your item. We don't use your data to train AI models.
What information does the coach see?
Your coach message is generated from your current cycle phase, your focus and long-term goals, and the names of the things you're tending. It never sees your completion history — the coach doesn't track or score what you did or didn't do.
Can I turn the coach off?
Yes. Go to Settings → Coaching and switch off “Enable coaching.” Your daily message stops being generated entirely — it's not just hidden.
What happens to my cycle data if I delete my account?
Email us at tendlistapp@gmail.com and we'll delete your account. When we do, all of your data — including your cycle information, history, and coach messages — is permanently erased from our database. This can't be undone.
What happens after early access?
Honestly: we haven't decided. Tendlist is an experiment to see whether this tool is genuinely valuable to women — so it's free while we find out. If anything about pricing changes, we'll email you before it does. No surprises.
Is Tendlist an iPhone or Android app?
Both — Tendlist is a mobile app you install straight from your phone's browser: open tendlist.app, sign up, and add it to your home screen (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android — Tendlist shows you how). It looks and works like a regular app, with no app store in between.
Do I have to have ADHD to use Tendlist?
No — Tendlist is for anyone whose days aren't all the same.
